The Virtues of Four Rakats Before `Asr

Ibn `Umar (Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “May Allah have mercy on a person who prays four rakats before `Asr.” [Abu Dawud (1271) and Tirmidhi (429)]
